You can return a product you bought from our store within 10 days from the date you received it. 

The date of sending back a parcel is the date written on the voucher of the courier company.

Returning products should be in perfect condition, with their full packaging along with their receipt.

In case you need to change your product, you will be charged with the transportation fees of sending back your product and for resending the new product of your choice back to you again.

If you wish to return your product and get your money back, we offer refund back to your card or paypal account, after subtracting the expenses of the transportation fees for shipping your order.

Return shipping is non-refundable too.

In case you cancel your order or deny receiving it, you are charged with the transportation fees.

Our store has the right not to complete an order and offer full refund to a client, in case the order has already been paid by credit card or paypal, due to transportation difficulties.
